FREE Venue Finding for Christmas Parties – Terms and Conditions

Free venue finding offered on enquiries with anticipated event venue budget of £5,000 and above.

Should you wish us to conduct a venue site inspection on your behalf we would advise the charge at the time and obtain your approval prior to proceeding.

If Brightspace Events find a suitable venue for your event, we ask that you book the venue via Brightspace Events and not direct with the venue or via another venue finding agency.

Free venue finding is subject to availability.

Event contract agreements will be signed by the client, directly with the venue.
