The Event
Our client came to us with huge ambitions for their 80th Anniversary celebrations, but with very little time, resource or experience to make it happen. They knew they wanted to create something truly special for their people – a family focused company with many long-standing employees — but had no idea where to start. No internal event skills, no blueprint, and a vision far bigger than their capacity. They simply needed someone who could take that ambition and turn it into something spectacular.
A UK-based manufacturing company approached us to help deliver two major summer events only weeks apart: an 80th-anniversary celebration for staff and a large family day onsite.
Both events were designed to strengthen team connection, celebrate the milestone, and create memorable experiences, but their internal team simply didn’t have the capacity to plan, manage and deliver everything alongside their day jobs.
We stepped in to help shape their ideas and objectives, offering clear guidance and curated options to define exactly what would work for their people, their culture and their site.
From there, we took everything off their desk. Acting as an autonomous extension of their team, we provided full end-to-end event management — planning, logistics, supplier coordination and onsite delivery — ensuring both events were seamless, engaging and completely stress free for the client.

The client wanted to create two special events within a short time frame, while managing an already full summer workload. Their challenges included:

For the Staff Anniversary Celebration: A full day at Warwick University
- Designed a flexible and varied programme to cater for the audience demographic
- Event team onsite to coordinate to client could be part of the day rather than organising
- Managed workshops, tours, speakers and campus logistics
- Coordinated multiple venue teams and all transport needs
- Oversaw registration, timings, catering and guest flow
- Adapted plans in response to (Hot!) weather, timing pressures and operational changes
For the Family Day: Onsite at the client’s office
- Transformed an active manufacturing site into a safe, welcoming event space
- Managed all suppliers (giant games, bubble entertainer, ice cream van, food vendors, PA system, décor)
- Set up signage, seating, activity zones, drinks stations and family-friendly areas
- Provided full onsite support so the team could relax and enjoy the day
