Food & Beverage

All meals and drinks are included in the programme.  Breakfast and lunch will be buffet service and dinner will be a set menu with all dietary requirements catered for individually.

Special Diets & Allergies

You will be invited to give details for dietary requirements and allergies during the registration for the event.  We will ensure that all of these are catered for.  On arrival at Rose Court, please introduce yourself to our Event Team who will be delighted to discuss the options with you.

Accommodation

Again, if you require accommodation please speak with your Assistant who will be happy to arrange this.  Only the costs associated with Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd May should be charged to the event.  All other costs should be settled directly with the hotel or charged to the general travel code.

Luggage

There will be an unmanned cloakroom available at the venue for storing luggage and coats.

Smoking / Vaping

Please note that this is a non-smoking and non-vaping venue, even if we are lucky enough to be on the open air terraces.  Smoking and vaping must be in the designated areas at street level.
